MS Teams ID - can't locate

I can't locate my MS Teams ID, the one stated with groupID. All I can see is this: https://teams.live.com/l/community/FEAXS1YuDJG2DMs1AM

Exactly, since you’re on Teams Personal / Communities, you don’t actually have a Microsoft 365 groupId.

So when someone asks you for your “MS Teams ID,” you have two options depending on what they mean:

If they want to join your community

Share the community invite link:

https://teams.live.com/l/community/FEAXS1YuDJG2...

That is your community’s “ID” in Teams Personal, and the only way others can join.

If they just want to connect with you on Teams

Share your Microsoft account email address (the one you log into Teams with).

That’s your “Teams identity.”

They can search for you in Teams or add you as a contact.

    That UI you’re seeing (with the teams.live.com/l/community/... link) confirms you’re on Microsoft Teams (personal / free / community), not the work/school (Microsoft 365) edition.

    That’s why you’re not finding a Group ID (GUID) anywhere — the “GroupID” only exists in work/school Teams, because those Teams are backed by Microsoft 365 Groups in Azure AD.

    You can find the groupId in several ways, here's the quickest one:

    From the Teams client (desktop/web)

    Go to the team > click ... (More options) > Get link to team.

    The URL will look like:

    https://teams.microsoft.com/l/team/19%[email protected]/conversations?groupId=aaaaaaaa-bbbb-cccc-dddd-eeeeeeeeeeee&tenantId=ffffffff-gggg-hhhh-iiii-jjjjjjjjjjjj

    Here:

    groupId = aaaaaaaa-bbbb-cccc-dddd-eeeeeeeeeeee

    tenantId = ffffffff-gggg-hhhh-iiii-jjjjjjjjjjjj
