Can you temporarily disconnect Disk 1 and boot into Windows and install the update? The EFI partition on Disk 1 is likely causing the update to fail.

I'm starting to think what the problem might be. But I'm not sure yet. Here are the screenshots you asked for.dskmnt

    Hi Pácsa-Varga,

Thanks for the logs. There was a problem updating the boot files.

    1. Please open Disk Management and maximize it. Adjust the column widths in the top pane to make all the entries visible. Post a screenshot.
    2. Run msinfo32.exe, and click System Summary. Resize the columns in the right pane to make the entries visible, and post a screenshot.

    Dear Ramesh.

Thanky you for the answer. The 1. and 2. method is not working. I've never had MalwareBytes on my computer so that would not to be a problem.

So far, here is the CBS file:

    Hi,

It appears that the updates are rolling back due to a fatal error.

    Please do the following:

1] Press Win + R, run "Services.msc". Set the "App Readiness" service to Manual start. Then, start the service and note any errors.

2] Press Win + R, run "OptionalFeatures.exe". Turn off Windows Sandbox and Hyper-V if they are installed.

3] If you have Malwarebytes installed, please uninstall it. Additionally, use the MBAM support tool to remove traces of Malwarebytes/.

    https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039023473-Uninstall-and-reinstall-Desktop-Security-with-the-Support-Tool

Restart Windows and see if you can install the update(s).

If that doesn't help, we must inspect the CBS logs to determine why the update is not installing.

Upload your CBS logs to OneDrive or GoFile.io and share the link here. To collect the CBS logs, open admin PowerShell and run:

    GCI -Path 'c:\windows\logs\cbs', 'c:\windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log' | Compress-Archive -destination (join-path ([environment]::GetFolderPath('Desktop')) \CBS.zip)

This creates a file named CBS.zip on your desktop. Share it on OneDrive or GoFile.io and post the link here.
