Jó napot. A mai nappal a Microsoft 365 egyszemélyes előfizetésem megújult és automatikusan levonták az összeget, ami 3550 forint volt. Viszont én ma rögtön le is mondtam az előfizetést, így szeretném visszaigényelni a díjat. Kérném szíves segítségüket a visszatérítés elindításában.

    If your Microsoft 365 subscription renewed today and you canceled it the same day, you may still be eligible for a refund under Microsoft’s refund policy. To request it, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services, find your Microsoft 365 subscription, and click “Manage” there should be an option to request a refund if it's available for your case. If you don’t see that option, you can also contact Microsoft Support directly through https://support.microsoft.com and explain the situation. Since the charge was recent and you've already canceled, there's a good chance they’ll approve it.
