There were 3 journals so I include all of them:
One of the warnings is related to logioptionplus_agent.exe which is a Logitech software for USB devices, but the booting was slow even without it.

Hi!
I have a problem that my newly installed Windows 11 is booting up and working very slowly for the first few minutes. I created a new question because as I reckon every build has specific issues.
The specs of the PC:
CPU: Intel Core i3-10100F 4 core 3.6 GHz
24 GB RAM
Motherboard: ASRock H410M-HVS
BIOS: American Megatrends Inc. P1.30 2020.08.11 (recommended version for Windows 11 by the manufacturer of the motherboard)
Microsoft version: 10.0.26100
Ultra fast boot is enabled, the only thing I have tried in the UEFI setups is to change the Legacy USB Support from Enabled to UEFI Setpu Only.
Any ideas on how to make the bootup faster and how to avoid the first few minutes of slow working?

Sorry, these are not the journal I've asked for.
To me it seems like the one named "operational" has to be the same. "Diagnostic" and "Diagnostic-loopback" was even disabled, I had to enable them to have anything logged. There are no other options, files for me in that folder.
Sorry, did I understand you correctly, you disabled some diagnostic, right?
No.
When I opened the event viewer, and looked for the required folder, there were already 3 journals in it: Diagnostic, Diagnostic-Loopback and Operational, but from this 3, only Operational had any content or registry in it. Diagnostic and Diagnostic-Loopback was empty, because these two were disabled by default.
I wasn't sure which journal of the 3 would be helpful, so I enabled the other 2, and then restarted the system in order to have registry in those, too.
