Hello @Anonymous
I’m sorry you’re experiencing this after being moved to the new app. Microsoft 365 Family does support Copilot for the subscription owner, so the “coming soon” message should not mean that your plan is unsupported
Please open the account switcher in the iPhone app and confirm that you are signed in to the Personal account that owns the Family subscription, not a work or school account. Then fully close and reopen Copilot. Microsoft notes that accounts and content may still be moving to the updated app, which can temporarily cause “coming soon” messages.
If the same subscription works on the web but the iPhone app still cannot recognize it, report the problem from… > Send feedback > Report a problem and include a screenshot, your iPhone/iOS version, and when the issue began. This appears more likely to be an app-side account or subscription-recognition issue than a problem with the Family subscription itself.
Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors cannot access accounts or Microsoft’s back-end systems. We can only provide technical guidance on reported incidents, requests and ideas
Thank you for your understanding and time
