If the hacker changed or removed your account's security information, the best option is to start Microsoft account recovery immediately: 

1. Use the Microsoft account recovery form:https://account.live.com/acsr 
2. Complete the form with as much information as possible, including previous passwords, account details, Minecraft purchase information, or any other proof of ownership. 
3. If you purchased Minecraft directly from Microsoft, keep any order confirmations, transaction IDs, or receipts available, as they may help verify ownership.

If the recovery form has already been submitted and you were unsuccessful, please let us know whether you can still recognize the Microsoft account's original sign-in address (even if the recovery email was deleted). That will help determine the next available recovery options.
