How to fix an email verification code problem

I would try to verify in the following order:

Is the message in blocked messages / spam for some reason.

Is the number able to receive messages from other companies normally?

Assuming that it is, you need to talk to that company's technical support.

Or

The easier solution, which does not necessarily exist: Request verification in a different way, sometimes there are problems with the SMS code but verification via email can be working and vice versa
