Can't access my mic account + cancel my subscription

family member bought a 365 A Microsoft subscription, and it was renewed for a year, without his knowledge. 2. He can't find a way to cancel it, because he can't sign in to his account. 3. He doesn't remember the recovery mail. 4. We have tried to verify his identity with a text to his cell- but we were blocked at this point : " Something isnt right.... " I assume it is due to too many log in attempts . 5. We submitted a form to the support team regarding the sign in issues, trying to give as many details on the account and we are waiting for a reply. 6. Meanwhile we would love your help: Is there an email or some other way to communicate with Microsoft support team in order to cancel the subscription? 7. It seems that if you don't have access to your Microsoft account you are doomed. 8. I would love any help or thoght . Many thanks
