i was in a vicasion for a few days and when i came back i log into my computer and started to do my regular tasks
and then i wasn't able to change the language thuro Alt-Shift
i tride online troubleshooting and i went to the Change Key Sequence in the Advanced key settings
when this window(Change Key Sequence) was open the Alt-Shift worked fine
but when i closed that window the Alt-Shift wasn't working until i opend the Change Key Sequence window
can somone plese help me i am tierd of useing the Windows + Space shortcut

And follow the steps below which may help as well:
Run keyboard troubleshooter
Type Troubleshooting in the Windows search box Start > Click Troubleshooting > View additional troubleshooter>Scroll down and click Keyboard > Run the troubleshooter > Follow the on-screen instructions
Uninstall and reinstall the keyboard driver
Windows Key + X (Or right-click Start) > Click Device Manager > Expand Keyboards > Right-click Standard PS/2 Keyboard > Uninstall > Restart computer to reinstall
Disable Filter Keys in Ease of Access
Type ease into the Windows search box Start > Click Ease of Access > Click Make the keyboard easier to use > Make sure Turn on filter keys is unchecked
