Insert your USB into your PC
Start the PC and on the Gigabyte logo screen, repeatedly press the F12 key, do you get a temporary menu to choose to boot from the USB?

Hey guys,
need your help please as I'm kind of scared haha
Issue:
Wanted to start fresh and do some clean up in my PC so I did factory reset to delete everything (not keep anything), it's been 15hrs now and I'm now stuck at 75% for about 7hrs which makes me worry.
What I did:
Well first time I went through the recovery-> reset this PC-> Remove everything-> install windows from this location/device
and I think its failed during the installation for whatever reason
so I've booted, tried to login to my user that was there but windows couldn't do so said something about "no profile" or something like that
so I went through shift+restart-> troubleshoot->reset this PC but this time I pressed on keep data.
Went good, I could get into windows and desktop but I saw that my hardrives still contain data,
So again I went through recovery-> reset this PC-> delete everything, but this time if I'm not mistaken I chose install from cloud
So... it downloaded windows and started the process of resetting and now it's stuck at 75% for many hrs and I don't know what to do
What I don't have:
Funny enough, I don't have a USB drive with 8GB so I can't burn a windows installation on it
What I do have:
That USB from the windows box that I bought 3 years ago.
What can I do in this case guys?
What I wanna do?
I want to wipe clean everything and start clean.
What I have is 2 hard drives, 1 is SSD in a box inside of the PC and 2 is an NVME card
Here is a screenshot of where I am, it says "Resetting the PC 75%" and the dots keep spinning

It's a Desktop PC
Motherboard:
Gigabyte X299 UD4
CPU:
i9 10920X
GPU:
6800XT
The method to boot from the USB varies from PC to PC, what is the make (Dell, Lenovo, Asus...etc.) of your PC?
Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
If the reset has been stuck on 75% for 5 hours, that process is not going to complete.
You indicate you do not have an empty 8GB USB flash drive to create a new bootable USB, but you do have a 3 year old official Windows bootable USB, is that correct?
If you do have the bootable USB, then really the best option would be to clean install Windows 10 from that USB, the resulting version of Windows would be out of date and need a few Widows updates installed.
