  1. מיילים שמתקבלים. במקום שם השולח [מתחת לנושא המייל] מופיע: ???????????????????????
  2. קבצי וורד- אני מקבל אותם אבל הכותרת משובשת/ג'יבריש

תודה שחזרת אלינו.

אני מבינה שלאחר שעדכנת את הגרסה החדשה החלו לך הבעיות בשם השולח ובשם קבצי וורד.

על מנת לפתור את הבעיה ,

אנא עקוב אחר השלבים הבאים:

  1. בצע גיבוי של הודעות הדוא"ל שלך(כולל תיקיות אחסון),אנשי הקשר ולוח השנה.

    קרא את ההוראות לביצוע במאמר: 'כדי לייצא הודעות דוא"ל',ו'כדי לייצא אנשי קשר'.

    אנא ודאי שמידע זה מאוחסן במיקום נפרד מהנוכחי (למשל במסמכים שלי).

  1. בצע את הצעדים המפורטים במאמר כיצד ניתן להסיר את Windows Essentials.
  2. עליך למחוק את תקיית Windows Live.

    לשם כך לחץ על מקש Windows והאות'R'בו זמנית.

    יפתח חלון בו עליך להעתיק את הטקסט הבא: %ProgramFiles%

    הדבק את הטקסט בחלון ולחץ על Enter.

    יופיע לך חלון בו תמצא את תקיית Windows Live, עליך למחוק אותה.

    לאחר מכן פתח את תקיית common files ומחק את תקיית Windows Live שם.

    באותה תקייה ישנה תיקייה נוספת הנקראת Microsoft shared, פתח אותה ומחק את תקיית Window Live.

  1. לחץ שוב על מקש Windows והאות'R'בו זמנית. והעתיקי את הטקסט הבא:

 ****USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft %

    בתקיה שנפתחה מחק את התיקיות הבאות:

  • Windows Live
  • setup WL
  • Windows Mail
  1. לחץ שוב על מקש Windows והאות'R'בו זמנית. והעתיק את הטקסט הבא:

**** SystemDrive%\Programdata\Microsoft %

    מצא את התקיה IdentityCRL ומחק אותה.

  1. הסר את מפתחות הרישום:

* אזהרה: שימוש בעורך רישום היא פעולה הנושאת סיכונים,

הינך צריך לעשות בדיוק את אותו הדבר כמו שרשום עם זהירות יתרה.

  לחץ שוב על מקש Windows והאות'R'בו זמנית.

  העתיק את הטקסט הבא:regedit ולחץ Enter.

  מחק את מפתחות הרישום הבאים (אם קיימים):

  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER Mail \ Windows Live \ Software \ Microsoft
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Mail \ Windows Live \ Software \ Microsoft
  • HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows Live Mail Desktop
  • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ Software\Microsoft \ Windows Live Mail desktop
  1. הפעל מחדש את המחשב.
  2. התקן את התוכנה במצב לא מכוון. כאן תמצא הוראות כיצד.

חשוב מאוד לא לעשות עדכון נוסף לאחר מכן .

את העדכון ניתן לעשות רק לאחר שהחשבון יועבר לתצוגה החדשה .

    היי רעות,

    קיבלתי אתמול שוב מייל מ- אווטלוק- שדורש עידכונים- אחרת החשבון מייל יחסם. בדיוק כפי שהיה לפני מספר חודשים.

    אודה, באם תוכלי להנחות אותי מה לעשות...

    היי,

    המון תודה על ההתייחסות.

    1. לא יודע איזו גרסה המייל.
    2. מערכת הפעלה- ווינדווס 7.
    3. שלחו לי מהמייל - מה-OUTLOOK בקשה שאעשה עדכון למייל וכך עשיתי ב- 15.12.15. מצרף את המייל שלהם
    4. הבעיה החלה לאחר העדכון מה - 15.12.15..
    5. אני לא יודע מה זה אומר למחוק את החשבון- אז אני לא יודע איך עושים + לא אאבד את כל המידע?

    בנוסף הכותרת של קבצי הוורד שלך כתובה בג'יבריש.
