Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub

We were accepted to Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub under a $150,000 sponsorship.

Our app has been running in production, on Subscription ID: XXXXXXXX, but the The Founders Hub shows no activity, and no credits were ever applied — despite multiple requests, screenshots and clear evidence that the subscription was not mapped correctly

MS system never allowed a level-up because of this mapping failure, yet charged us thousands of dollars for compute that should have been covered.
