j'essaie d'activer le pack Azure for Student avec le 100$ de crédit mais à chaque fois qu'on essaie de vérifier l'éligibilité de mon compte, il est affiché: Impossible de terminer la vérification Azure for Students .

Hi @Loujay ,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q & A !

The “Unable to complete Azure for Students verification” message indicates that the eligibility verification could not be completed for your account.

Please check the following:

Confirm that you are currently enrolled as a full-time student at an eligible, accredited, degree-granting institution.

Use your institution’s official academic email address for verification, and make sure the mailbox is active and accessible.

Check whether the Microsoft account has previously been used for an Azure for Students subscription. The offer is limited to one Azure for Students subscription per eligible customer.

As a general troubleshooting step, retry the verification in an InPrivate or Incognito browser window, while signed in only with the intended Microsoft account.

If verification continues to fail even though you meet the eligibility requirements, the issue may require account-specific investigation. You can use the available Microsoft or Azure support channels to determine the options available for your account.

The Azure for Students offer provides $100 in Azure credit for 12 months, subject to the program’s eligibility requirements and terms.

Hello @Loujay ,

Thank you for the update.

Since you are still receiving the “Unable to complete Azure for Students verification” error while trying to activate the Azure for Students offer, I recommend raising an Azure Billing/Subscription support request so that the support team can review the verification and eligibility issue associated with your account.

Azure for Students provides eligible students with $100 in Azure credit for 12 months, and academic status must be successfully verified to access the offer.

You can create a support request from the Azure portal under Help + support > Create a support request and select the appropriate Billing/Subscription option.

I hope this helps.
