Unable to assign expired Fabric Trial workspace to a Fabric Capacity due to region mismatch

We have a Microsoft Fabric Trial workspace located in North Europe. The trial has expired, but the workspace and its artifacts are still visible. We have purchased a new Fabric Capacity located in France Central. Unfortunately, we cannot assign the workspace to this capacity because it is in a different region. We also cannot create a new capacity in North Europe because the region is currently unavailable/saturated. As a result, we are unable to access or migrate our Fabric artifacts (Lakehouses, Pipelines, Notebooks, etc.).

We would like to know if Microsoft can:

• temporarily reactivate the workspace,
• help migrate the workspace to the France Central capacity,
• or provide any supported recovery solution.
