Outlook Mac – Forward email does not include full message history

Description: On Outlook Mac version 16.110, when forwarding emails, the full message body is not included. Only the header (From, Date, Subject) appears, while the content is missing.

The issue occurs especially with emails containing attachments or structured formatting.

Expected behavior: Forwarded emails should include the complete original message content.

Impact: Users cannot transfer emails properly, which affects communication and audit tracking.

Request: Please confirm if this is a known issue and provide a fix or workaround.

If you are currently using Legacy Outlook version 16.110, it seems your experience may match a known issue that Microsoft has confirmed. Specifically, the issue affects the retention of conversation history when replying to or forwarding messages in Legacy Outlook for Mac.
