I've found the problem.
I switched to acces level Basic and the situation went back to normal.
My azure devops repos disapeared overnight!

This morning the repos section have disapeared from my azure devops project.
It's not available in the menu, or in the option. Git commands return 404.
Yesterday:
Today:
Repos are not even in the list of services:
"C:\Program Files\Git\bin\git.exe" -c fetch.parallel=0 -c submodule.fetchjobs=0 fetch --progress "origin" --prune --force
remote: TF401019: The Git repository with name or identifier xxx does not exist or you do not have permissions for the operation you are attempting.
fatal: repository 'https://dev.azure.com/xxx/xxx/_git/xxx/' not found
Not need to say I'm the full owner of all resources on azure.
