To help narrow down the issue:
- Are you getting any error messages when you try to open OneNote or the other apps?
- Has this issue been happening recently, or has it been ongoing since you installed Windows 11 or Microsoft 365?
- Are the apps installed from the Microsoft Store, or are they part of the Microsoft 365 suite you downloaded from your account?
- Lastly, do any of the other Microsoft 365 apps like Word or Excel open normally, or are they all affected?
