Mise à niveau vers Windows 11

Bonjour

J'ai un PC Asus ux325ea avec Windows 10 pro.

L'application microsoft PC health checker me dit que le PC est éligible à la mise à niveau, et Windows update me propose la mise à niveau.

Lorsque je lance cette mise à niveau, le PC revient à Windows 10 après le chargement, l'installation, et la tentative de redémarrage.

J'ai désinstallé l antivirus, réparé le disque dur et les fichiers système, mais le PC revient toujours à Windows 10 en indiquant le message d'erreur 0xc1900101.

Que faire pour parvenir à installer Windows 11 ?

    Bonjour

    Le fichier Logs.zip est créé dans le même répertoire que le programme.

    Le fichier setupapi.offline.log n'a pas été mis à jour lors du dernier lancement de l'application.

    La liste des programmes ne contient pas l'utilitaire ASUS SCI v3

    En revanche le gestionnaire de périphériques indique que l'installation de l'utilitaire ASUS SCI V3 n'est pas terminée. Faut il essayer de la terminer ? si oui comment faire ? Faut il supprimer l'utilitaire à partir du gestionnaire de périphériques par l'action "désinstaller l'appareil "

    Par ailleurs quelle est la procédure pour créer un point de restauration ?

    A quel emplacement précis se trouve le fichier compressé Logs.zip ?

    Oui le coupable est bien lui.

    Crée par précaution un point de restauration système et essaye de supprimer cet utilitaire que tu dois trouver dans la liste "Programmes et fonctionnalités" que tu peux afficher directement en exécutant la commande appwiz.cpl

    Transmis une capture d'écran (ou plusieurs) affichant tous les programmes installés.

    Après désinstallation, recherche sur ton PC s'il reste éventuellement des traces de fichiers ou dossier avec les occurrences :

    asussci2.inf

    Newtonsoft_Json.dll

    Newtonsoft.Json.dll

    Est si c'est le cas, quel est l'emplacement exact de tout fichier ou dossier.

    Je crois que tu as touché le mal du doigt comme on dit.

    Depuis quel emplacement tu as pris le fichier setupapi.offline.log ?

    Est-ce bien depuis le répertoire C:\Windows\INF ?

    Le fichier Newtonsoft_Json.dll ou Newtonsoft.Json.dll c'est pareil.

    Donc, si ce fichier est responsable, il doit faire partie des fichiers du pilote de périphérique dont la migration échoue comme le signale le rapport SetupDiagResults.log.

    Pour cela, comme le fichier setupapi.offline.log mentionne cette ligne importante :

    Cela confirme qu'il y a un problème avec un pilote Asus et asussci2.inf, ce qui nous oriente apparemment d'après mes premières recherches vers cet utilitaire Asus :

    que tu n'aurais pas mis à jour (En sélectionnant Windows 10 64 Bit) puisque la dernière mise à jour date d'avant-hier….

    Sinon, je te conseille de désinstaller tous les "Blootwares" d'Asus (tous les utilitaires qui sont tous inutiles).

    Il semble que le responsable du bug soit le fichier Newtonsoft_Json.dll. Pour information le répertoire contient Newtonsoft.Json.dll et non Newtonsoft_Json.dll. L'erreur vient-elle de là ?
