    Le problème c'est que je suis a ma deuxième installation windows (deux versions différentes , famille et après professionnel) donc ca peut plus que être un problème de composant ?

    Pour les BSOD, j'utilise l'analyse de Whocrashed.

    Sous l'invite de commande, entre la commande

    net user

    et transmets la capture de la fenêtre cmd

    Pour tester sur un autre compte, on peut activer le compte Administrateur intégré par la commande

    net user administrateur /active:yes

    redémarre le PC

    connecte-toi sur le compte "Administrateur" et teste pour vérifier si les BSOD perdurent.

    Tes derniers fichiers dmp n'incriminent plus Avast mais les causes concernant les BSODs sont multiples (4 erreurs différents) :

    La conclusion de WhoCrashed exclue la cause s'un pilote tiers mais pas de façon catégorique.

    Si tes pilotes et ton BIOS sont à jour, oui, il se peut qu'il s'agisse d'un problème matériel et dans ce cas commence par vérifier tes barrettes mémoires et ton disque dur.

    Sinon, la seule bonne méthodes qui reste est celle qui consiste à sauvegarder tes données et réinstaller Windows.

    Pour cela, crée d'abord une partition de données comme l'avait recommandé Aski dans son deuxième message sur ce fil.

    La nouvelle analyse ZHP ne révèle rien.

    Teste ton système sous un autre compte utilisateur administrateur.
