Our nonprofit organization’s Microsoft 365 access was suspended following an eligibility review. We urgently need temporary access to our existing tenant and OneDrive only to retrieve and back up our association’s files. We are not asking to bypass licensing requirements. Could you please tell us the safest supported way to regain access to the existing tenant, even temporarily, without creating a new tenant and without risking deletion or loss of the existing OneDrive data? If identity or ownership verification is required, please tell us exactly what documents and steps are needed.

    Hi @Yvan Lacombe

Based on the information provided, I understand that your nonprofit organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant was suspended after a failed or pending eligibility review. You are seeking temporary administrative access solely to retrieve and back up critical organizational files stored in OneDrive, without creating a new tenant or bypassing licensing policies, while ensuring no data is permanently deleted.

Based on my research, please try to connect the support by phone. Find the support number for your region in the official directory of Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support.

I hope my information is helpful. Please give me any updates once you get this resolved.
