Bonsoir,

J'ai installé Ms defender sur mon téléphone portable et souhaite l'installer sur mon ordinateur, j'ai suivi les instructions et quand je vais sur mon compte il m'est indiqué :Nécessite une attention particulière Accéder à cet appareil pour prendre des mesures

Comment faire pour accéder à cet appareil ? J'ai beau cliquer dessus rien ne se passe

    Hello Sanceenne,

    Thank you for reaching out to the community what I can suggest is to install the Microsoft defender directly from the Microsoft store. Install the app and sign in with the same personal Microsoft account you used on your phone. Other than this to the bottom right you will see the Microsoft defender icon open it and sign in, now check for any prompts showing over there where you can see the word “Fix” button once its all done just simply restart the PC.

    If you have any antivirus as well that could be blocking it will be better to disable it before doing any test. If your using family safety ensure device sharing is on.
