Hello,

I would like to recover an old Microsoft certification related to Windows 7 and Office 2010 Deployment.

I completed the certification training and exam at the Institut Spécialisé de Technologie Appliquée (ISTA) in Morocco several years ago, but I no longer remember my MCP ID or the Microsoft account used.

Here are my details:

  • Full name: ***
  • Approximate date of certification: 2016
  • Training center: ***
  • Country: ***

Please assist me in locating my certification record and providing access or a duplicate of my certificate.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,
