I am blocked on Organization identity validation for Trusted Signing (Artifact Signing): the email-verification link is NEVER delivered to my primary email, so every request fails at email verification.

Per your FAQ ("...create another identity validation... with a different primary email address -> contact support to continue onboarding"), I need help to continue onboarding.

  • Subscription ID: 6d16fac2-6bcb-43da-ab33-3c9b7fb36659
  • Artifact Signing account: sandvpn-signing (rg-sandvpn-signing, East US)
  • Organization: registered EU business (France), Microsoft Entra tenant present, established 2022 (3+ years). Website: https://sandvpn.com

Identity validation requests (same org):

  • 707f0b27-8e92-48d8-a640-c2aa1f3305f9 (primary ******@sandvpn.com) -> failed, verification email never received
  • 36d30462-ee34-4f4c-9e1c-26fa2018fbd5 (primary ******@sandvpn.com)
  • 461049fb-0050-4b38-8fa7-188555050a91 (CURRENT, primary ******@sandvpn.com) -> verification email still not received

Verified on my side:

  • Primary mailbox receives external emails WITH links (tested from Gmail). Individual address, not a distribution list, not a free provider.
  • Checked Junk/Spam and Microsoft 365 quarantine: no verification email.
  • The in-portal "complete your verification" (identity) link works, but the separate email-verification link is never sent.

Request: please continue onboarding using request 461049fb-... (primary ******@sandvpn.com): trigger the email-verification email or advance validation manually. It is not sent on your side (no such message in my tenant message trace). I can share any additional details (full legal name, SIRET, address) privately if an engineer needs them.
