Conversations textuelles entre utilisateurs disposant d’un historique pouvant faire l’objet d’une recherche dans Microsoft Teams Gratuit
Thanks for sharing the details, Stephane! It could be caused by several factors, but let's try to isolate it so we'll know where to start troubleshooting.
To do that, try creating the meeting from another interface
Use the Teams web version (go to teams.microsoft.com in your browser), sign in, and attempt to schedule a meeting. If it works from the web, the issue is likely local to the desktop client.
Alternatively, if you use Outlook, try scheduling from Outlook calendar (if supported) to see if it works.
This will help isolate if the problem is Teams app vs calendar/tenant.
Let's say it works from the web, next would be to check for updates.
In Teams: go to your profile picture then “Check for updates”.
On Windows: Settings then Windows Update.
If you’re using Outlook or the calendar integration: ensure Outlook is up to date and compatible.
If everything is up to date, close Teams.
- Navigate to
C:\Users\<YourUser>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\TeamsYou may need to show hidden folders. - Delete the contents of this folder, not your entire user profile.
- Restart Teams and try scheduling again. Note: This step is safe for the user profile; you’ll still keep your chats etc.
See if this helps. If you need further assistance just let me know.
Best regards,
Kimberly
