Hello, i am facing an issue when trying to visualize and test an azure function that i deployed with VsCode. the "function" option in the left pane (Picture 1) is not displayed (i don't know if it means that the function deployed is not isn't recognized). when i check the logs i have this error : "encountered an error (InternalServerError) from host runtime)". The app is well-deployed according to VsCode terminal like in picture 2. could you please help me figure out what is going on ?

Update: i recreated the azure function and the standard code we get when creating the function App is well deployed. But once i try to edit it and add some more code the deployment is marked as successful but the code used in the azure function online stayed unchanged. I tried to call the function with powtman to confirm that it wasn't just a display issue and it's not. the code is not changing despite my deployment. Can you help me please ?
