Objet : Demande de dissociation de mon compte personnel Microsoft d'une organisation inactive

Bonjour,

Je vous contacte concernant mon compte personnel Microsoft : [****@msn.com].

Ce compte est actuellement rattaché à une organisation nommée TRIATHLON 18 VIERZON, dont je suis le président. Cependant, cette organisation n’est plus active et ne possède aucun abonnement Microsoft 365.

J’ai récemment souscrit un abonnement Microsoft 365 Famille avec ce compte personnel, mais je ne peux pas le gérer ni le partager avec des membres de ma famille, car il est indiqué comme "géré par TRIATHLON 18 VIERZON".

Je souhaite donc dissocier complètement mon compte personnel de cette organisation afin de pouvoir utiliser pleinement les fonctionnalités de mon abonnement Microsoft 365 Famille, notamment le partage familial.

Merci de bien vouloir m’indiquer les étapes à suivre ou de procéder à cette dissociation.

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum Support.

If I get you correctly, you're trying to unlink your personal Microsoft account from the inactive organization TRIATHLON 18 VIERZON, which is still managing your account and blocking access to Family Sharing in your Microsoft 365 Family subscription. You need help fully removing this association.

That’s frustrating especially after purchasing Microsoft 365 Family. You should be able to use features like Family Sharing without being restricted by an old organizational link.

Kindly Go to My Account Portal and sign in with your personal Microsoft account.

Under Organizations, find TRIATHLON 18 VIERZON and click Leave organization.
Confirm by selecting Leave in the new tab. This should remove the organizational management tag from your account.
Open Control Panel > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials.
Remove any entries related to TRIATHLON 18 VIERZON or your old work account. This prevents automatic re-linking.
Check Account Settings
- Visit https://account.microsoft.com and review your Sign-in preferences under “Manage how you sign in to Microsoft.”
- Ensure your personal email is set as the primary alias.
