Hello Mohamed,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum support.
I understand your card was debited for a purchase you did not initiate. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
May I know:
If you received this email from Microsoft?
What the email stated that was purchased?
This will help us to support you better with the issue.
However, you can follow the steps below to check the status of the order that was charged:
- Sign in to your Microsoft account with this link Subscriptions page and go to the subscription page
- Find your Microsoft 365 subscription and select Manage. If it is a subscription that was charged for, you will see it here.
- Check the subscription status (If the subscription is active or not)
- Click on cancel subscription if the subscription is still active.
If the subscription is active, then you will see the expected expiry period of the subscription. If you want to get a refund for the subscription, you will see a refund button on the "Manage subscription" page you opened above, you can click on refund.
Also, you can contact the billing team using this link to assist you further with this: Contact - Microsoft Support
- Enter a contact there. (Your email)
- Select Get Help.
- Select Contact Support.
- Under Products and services, select Microsoft 365 and Office.
- Under Categories, select Manage subscription.
- Go to Confirm.
- Select Chat with a support agent or request a callback.
I hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Happiness | Microsoft Q&A forum Support Specialist.
