comment bénéficier du Student Azure à crédit 100$?

j'essaie d'activer le pack Azure for Student avec le 100$ de crédit mais à chaque fois qu'on essaie de vérifier l'éligibilité de mon compte, il est affiché: Impossible de terminer la vérification Azure for Students .

Check whether the Microsoft account has previously been used for an Azure for Students subscription. The offer is limited to one Azure for Students subscription per eligible customer.

As a general troubleshooting step, retry the verification in an InPrivate or Incognito browser window, while signed in only with the intended Microsoft account.

If verification continues to fail even though you meet the eligibility requirements, the issue may require account-specific investigation. You can use the available Microsoft or Azure support channels to determine the options available for your account.

Since you are still receiving the “Unable to complete Azure for Students verification” error while trying to activate the Azure for Students offer, I recommend raising an Azure Billing/Subscription support request so that the support team can review the verification and eligibility issue associated with your account.

Azure for Students provides eligible students with $100 in Azure credit for 12 months, and academic status must be successfully verified to access the offer.

You can create a support request from the Azure portal under Help + support > Create a support request and select the appropriate Billing/Subscription option.

thank you for your response . Despite all the verifications i've done i still get some error messages even though I am certain of my eligibility . here are the messages :
