I’m sorry this happened. If the original email address now shows that the Microsoft account does not exist, the attacker may have changed or removed the account’s sign-in alias.

Please try the Microsoft account recovery form using the original email address and provide as much accurate information as possible: https://account.live.com/acsr

You should also contact Microsoft Support and explain that the account was taken over, the sign-in alias was changed, and the account contains a Minecraft Java & Bedrock Edition purchase: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

If you still have purchase receipts, transaction IDs, your Minecraft profile name, or previous Microsoft emails, keep them available as proof of ownership. For your privacy, do not post your email address, verification codes, receipts, or other account details publicly.

Please note that creating a new Microsoft account does not transfer the Minecraft license from the stolen account. Only Microsoft Support can review whether the original account and its purchases can be recovered.
