GPv1 storage account migration to GPv2

Hi,

I have got email about GPv1 migration related to my Azure practices. The problem is that I have to idea how to log in to my old account to make the migration. I have tried to log in by using Microsoft authenticator mobile app, but I won't get any request there.

It would be ok to close the whole Azure learning account because I don't need it any more. In the email there is this kind information about this:
"For reference, you can find this health advisory notification in the Azure portal using tracking ID: XTKT-BW8"
