How and where to store ppt, word and excel documents and templates for Copilot use in private usage?

How and where do I store ppt, word and excel documents and templates for Copilot use in private usage when not a corporate user? How do I train copilot on previous documents - where do I store them that Copilot can learn and analyze those documents for later custom tailoring creative use? Where to save these documents and files (pdf's .xlsx's .pptx's etc) as private user (non-corp account), do I save them in onedrive from where copilot learns theme, style, key essential design in my slides etc? Or is there another solution and "saving space" to use similar to sharepoint for "home users"?
