Hello. so i had to create new account to ask for your help.

this account has a similar name to my main microsoft account ******@hotmail.com. i cant sign in anymore because someone hacked my account. i cant get it back since its binded to my old phone number i have no access to anymore (0409605345) and someone changed and i cannot change it to my new one (0402204500)

i have every social media account and even bank binded to that account and i would love to get some help before i lose it entirely thank you.

The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft website:

If it doesn't work, and since the email address has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

Lastly, since you mentioned that your payment method is associated with that account, you will have to reach out directly to your bank/financial institution immediately and request to freeze all charges from Microsoft.

You may also request a new payment card.
