EXCEL =SUMMA.JOS ei laske kaikkia oikein

Olen laskenut työssä tietyn vakuutusyhtiön vakuutussummia yhteen näillä funktiolla

=SUMMA.JOS(D4:D2033;"Pohjola";N4:N2033)

D-sarakkeessa eri vakuutusten nimiä, N-sarakkeessa vakuutussumma, muissa sarakkeissa muuta tietoa

JA

=SUMMA.JOS(B2:B271;"Fennia";H2:I271)

Taulukko on aika iso, yhteensä 2033 riviä lukuja.

En saa tietoturvasyistä lisätä tänne kuvankaappausta.

Kiitos etukäteen vastauksista.

Now I found a problem. There was in one press a space, that´s why it didn´t calculate right. Thank you!

Yes, I understand that "IF" is the name of a company. And it seems that you include a leading space in the SUMIF formulas for all, since you use

" IF" and " Pohjola" and " Fennia". But if some of the names in the column where these names are listed do not have the leading space, then Excel will not find a match and will not include their amounts in the SUM. Thus, " IF" is NOT equal to "IF".

I did not understand the answer. "IF" is the company name as "Pohjola", there is another 6 other company names. And this "IF" excel does not calculate right. I have to see right sum of every number of "IF".

Are you sure that the sum_criterion should be " IF"? That is, a leading space and IF. If some of the names in D are "IF" (without the leading space, they will not be included.

Thank you, that´s working! I write the formula here so someone else could use it:

    =SUMMA.JOS.JOUKKO(H2:H271;A2:A271;"Pohjola")+SUMMA.JOS.JOUKKO(I2:I271;A2:A271;"Pohjola")

Riny_van_Eekelen could you help another problem? I have another really big excel. It counts all the others correctly except the one with the most numbers. I use for all formula =SUMMA.JOS(D4:D2032;"IF";K4:K2032), SUMIF in English, but changing the name. In column D names and in column K numbers. I have check everything. It calculates another 6 right, but this. The result of this one is slightly lower than it should be. Is it possible that excel does not calculate if too many numbers? We talk about the result more than 2 500 000.
