Hello,

How to edit or delete a poll made with Polls - app to a Teams channel? I made a test poll using the Polls - app, since Teams suggested to use it instead of Forms. But now i would like to delete it and also try to edit it. I can't do it anywhere and I can't find any instructions for it. The Poll - page in support tells only how to create one, and all other instructions are for Microsoft Forms app. A bug of a new feature? I hope there a way to get rid of that poll on the Teams channel. It's a paid Teams and I'm using it via desktop app for Mac. Thanks!

    Hello Milla ,

My name is Jackson and thank you for your question.

I sincerely apologize for the issue you experience with your Teams , I am a user myself and do not work for Microsoft so I understand how frustrating this is.

The Polls app powered by Microsoft Forms, Only meeting owners and presenters can create, manage, and launch polls. Meeting attendees have the ability to respond to polls but can't edit them.

After the poll has been submitted you may be unable to edit how ever you can delete it and create a new one. If you want to close a poll, export poll results, or a delete a poll, select the drop-down list next to View results and select Close poll, Export results, or Delete poll, respectively.

Even though you may delete a form/poll from the Forms homepage in MS365, it remains in Teams. This has been reported and you can drop your feedback; https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback
