Artifact Signing organization identity validation remains In Progress after personal ID verification

Our Public Trust organization identity validation for Vester Business SL, Spain, remains “In Progress”.

Timeline:

• October 14, 2026: Organization validation request submitted.

October 19, 2026: Completed the photo and government-issued ID verification.

October 23, 2026: Status is still “In Progress”, with no pending action or verification link displayed.

The primary and secondary email addresses are correct and use our company domain. We have not received any additional documentation request.

Azure’s automated troubleshooting suggested cancelling and recreating the request after seven days. However, the official documentation allows 1–20 business days and states that creating additional requests while one is in progress does not help.

Could you clarify:

Is this the expected organization review stage after personal verification?

Is a separate step required to present the Verified ID credential to Artifact Signing? How can we confirm it was received successfully?

Should we keep the existing request, or is any corrective action required?

We have the Basic Azure support plan, which does not include technical support tickets. We can provide the validation request ID privately if needed.
