Text Analytics for Health currently supports analyzing Spanish-language clinical text by specifying the "es" language code. Microsoft’s documentation describes the additional non-English language support as being in preview.
The service also supports returning results as a FHIR R4 bundle by including fhirVersion: "4.0.1" in the request. However, the current public documentation does not explicitly confirm or classify FHIR-structured output for Spanish input, and the published FHIR examples use English input.
We have not found a publicly announced roadmap, release date, or estimated availability timeline specifically for Spanish-language FHIR structuring. Therefore, we cannot provide or commit to an availability date at this time.
