First of all, apologize for English mistakes. So, this thing started few days ago: my pc restart by itself, and sometimes it goes to the BIOS. Event viewer says its because Kernel power 41. Sometimes pc restarts itself like 4 times and then goes to the blue screen. This started since windows 11 (26H2) tried to update KB5124010 and gave me the error 0xca020007. Since then, my pc let me play (The Alters), work with Office and watch yt with no problem. But today the problem just got worse. Sometimes, my SSD doesn't appear on the blue screen or the BIOS screen (I have a led that tell me when my ssd is active). Now I can't use my pc for more than 20 minutes. The kernel power critical error comes with a volmgr error too.

On the event viewer, windows tells me there's an error related with in32kbase.sys

My pc

GPU AMD RADEON 9060XT 8GB (it has the latest driver with DDU)

RAM 16GBx2 KingBank DRR4 3200 MHz

SSD Patriot M.2 1TB (healthy according to Crystal disk)

CPU Ryzen 5 5500

PSU Rosewill 650W Bronze****

Board Gygabyte B450M DS3H Version F67

I have one minidump archives that I don't know how to interpretate. I can't attach the .dmp archive here

I will appreciate any help.

    Hi,

Based on the information you provided, it is possible the SSD is faulty; if it doesn't show up—even though the LED indicates it is connected—it is likely a hardware failure.

Do you have another SSD to test with?

Access the c:\windows\minidump folder, copy the files to your desktop, then upload them to OneDrive or Google Drive and post the link here for analysis.

    Thanks
