Please note that this is Spanish Q&A Forum, any threads should be posted in Spanish. However, I will still provide an answer in English based on your initial response.
Hello @Miguel Sánchez del Villar
The Windows product key is not the password for your Windows user account, and it cannot be used to restore access to the old profile. The key shown in Registry Editor may be formatted differently because it can be an installed or generic activation key. Adding a device to your Microsoft account will not reset the Windows sign-in password.
On the sign-in screen, first select Sign-in options and check whether another method, such as a PIN, is available.
- If the account name shows an email address, it is probably a Microsoft account. Select I forgot my password, or reset the Microsoft account password from another device
- If only a username appears, it may be a local account. Enter an incorrect password once, select Reset password, and answer the security questions created for that account.
- If another administrator account exists on the PC, that administrator can reset the local account password through Computer Management > Local Users and Groups > Users
If none of those recovery options is available and there is no other administrator account or password-reset disk, Microsoft cannot retrieve or bypass the forgotten password. The remaining supported option is to reset Windows, preferably choosing Keep my files if offered.
Thank you for your understanding and time
