Is a Spanish S.L. incorporated in 2026 eligible for Artifact Signing Public Trust organization validation?

We are a Spanish limited company (S.L.) incorporated in 2026, registered in the Spanish Commercial Registry (Registro Mercantil) with a valid VAT/NIF. We want to use Azure Artifact Signing with a Public Trust certificate profile and organization identity validation.

The public preview documentation used to require a verifiable business history of three or more years. The current prerequisites page does not mention any minimum organization age, and I have seen a Microsoft answer stating there is no minimum age restriction under GA.

Can you confirm whether an organization incorporated less than one year ago is eligible for organization identity validation under the current GA, and what evidence is accepted for a company that is not yet listed in third-party business directories?
