Hello, I am attempting to activate my Azure for Students benefit using my academic email ([Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] @correoaiep.cl). However, I encounter a persistent verification failure error.

Details:

  • SessionID: [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]
  • Institutional Email: [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed]@correoaiep.cl
  • Additional issue: Access to the Azure Portal administration panel is restricted by Conditional Access policies (Error Code: 53003), preventing direct support ticket creation.

Could an Azure support moderator please assist in verifying my student eligibility manually? Thank you.

I noticed that you use English in your messages even though it is an Spanish-speaking forum; I will therefore continue in English so that my answer is as clear and useful as possible. If you'd prefer me to switch to Spanish, please let me know and I'll gladly do so.

    Dear @Cristian,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Regarding the Conditional Access error (53003), this behavior is typically the result of organizational policies that restrict access to certain Azure resources or support portals. Since you mentioned that you're unable to create a support ticket due to these restrictions, your school's IT administrators may be best positioned to investigate whether such policies are affecting your account.

If your IT department confirms that the account is functioning correctly and no local restrictions are in place, I recommend asking them to engage with Azure for Education Support on your behalf. As administrators of the institutional tenant, they have the appropriate permissions to open support requests and work directly with Microsoft to investigate the verification failure.

Please note that this is a community forum where users help each other. I do not have access to student verification systems or the ability to manually approve Azure for Students subscriptions.

Therefore, please kindly reach out to your IT Admin for further assistance.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding!
