Artifact Signing organization identity validation loop — documents requested repeatedly with no rejection reason (Spanish sole proprietor, EU)
Identity Validation ID: c9055eb2-a344-4f6d-a4ed-27c451b31aa7 Subscription ID: 83f7c296-9600-4e1e-8e1d-93b52cf5222f Organization type: sole proprietor (Spanish "autónomo"), Spain — operating and registered with the Spanish State Tax Agency (AEAT) since 2012, current activity registered since 2020 (well over 3 years of verifiable operating history).
Timeline:
- 14 Aug: organization identity validation submitted; individual representative verification (Verified ID via AU10TIX + Authenticator) completed successfully the same day.
- 18 Aug: status changed to Action Required, requesting one Category 1 document. I uploaded a "Certificado de Situación Censal" issued that same day — the official government business registration certificate issued by AEAT, listing legal name, tax ID, registered business address, activity and registration dates. (Sole proprietors in Spain are not listed in the companies register; the AEAT census IS the official government registration.)
- 19-26 Aug: the same generic Category 1 request came back twice, with no reason given for rejecting the documents. My second upload was a single PDF containing the same certificate plus an English cover letter (with contact information) and screenshots of the certificate being verified on the official government website (sede.agenciatributaria.gob.es, verification code displayed).
Two things I would like the product team / vetting operations to check:
- The portal shows BOTH uploads recorded under the document type "Formation documents", although the document is a "Government issued registration/certificate". If the reviews evaluated the document against the wrong category, that would explain the loop. Can it be re-reviewed under the correct category?
- What specifically is not being accepted, or exactly which document is expected from a Spanish sole proprietor? I have only one upload attempt left and do not want to waste it blindly.
Also please confirm that sole proprietors (autónomos) are eligible for organization Public Trust validation in the EU. A support request (2608260050002029) was closed because the Basic plan does not include technical support and the billing team could not route it to the vetting team.
