AI Skills Fest 2026 – Did not receive my free certification exam voucher

Hello Microsoft Credentials Support,

I participated in the Microsoft AI Skills Fest 2026 and completed the required learning path in the Power BI track. After completing it, I received my official AI Skills Fest 2026 badge on Credly.

According to the event information, eligible participants were able to receive a free Microsoft Certification exam voucher. Several colleagues who completed the same learning path have already received their vouchers and were able to schedule their certification exams.

Unfortunately, I have not received any email from Pearson VUE or MindHub Pro with the exam voucher or instructions to schedule my exam. I have checked my inbox, spam folder, and searched for emails from Microsoft, Pearson VUE, and MindHub Pro, but I could not find any voucher.

Could you please verify my eligibility and let me know if my voucher can still be issued or if there are any additional steps I need to complete?
