Buenos días, Soy profesora y al entrar en mi cuenta Microsoft Azure la suscripción que me aparece es como estudiante. La he deshabilitado, pero no sé cómo volver a mi cuenta de profesora.

¿cómo debo proceder?

Gracias

    Hi @Marianillo Marianillo Marianillo ,

Note: I translated your question and responded in English. If there are any translation or grammatical inaccuracies, I appreciate your understanding.

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A, and thank you for your question.

The subscription associated with your Azure account is determined by the offer that is assigned to your Microsoft account. Disabling or canceling an Azure for Students subscription does not automatically convert it to an Azure for Education (faculty/teacher) subscription.

To help resolve the issue, I recommend the following:

    1. Verify Your Current Subscription

Sign in to the Azure portal and navigate to Subscriptions to confirm which subscription(s) are currently associated with your account. If the Azure for Students subscription has been disabled, it may simply no longer be active rather than being replaced by a teacher subscription.

    Check Your Education Eligibility

Azure for Education offers for faculty members are typically made available through your educational institution. Please verify with your school's IT administrator whether:

Your institution has an Azure Education (Azure Dev Tools for Teaching or Azure for Education) subscription. Your academic account has been assigned the appropriate faculty or educator benefits.

Sign in with the Correct Account

If your institution provided a separate work or school account, ensure that you are signing in with that account rather than a personal Microsoft account. The subscription available depends on the account used to sign in.

    Contact Your Institution's Administrator

If you previously had access to Azure Education benefits as a teacher, your institution's Azure administrator can verify whether:

Your faculty account is still assigned the appropriate subscription. Your permissions or licensing have changed. You need to be re-added to the institution's Azure Education tenant.

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you.

    Thank you for your response.

I am signing in with my university account, and I am a faculty member.

After disabling the Azure for Students subscription, I now see no Azure subscriptions at all in the Azure portal.

Does this mean that my university administrator needs to assign an Azure Education (faculty) subscription to my account, or is there another way to restore access?

    Thank you.
