Artifact Signing identity validation failed twice during email / Verified ID verification

Hello, We are trying to complete Artifact Signing identity validation for our organization PUBLIMAR Barcelona Sports S.L. Artifact Signing account: autorecetasazure.

We created two identity validation requests, and both are now marked as Failed.

The first request used the domain/email associated with gastronomiaaz.com and failed due to an email verification issue.

The second request used: Primary email: ******@autorecetas.com Secondary email: ******@autorecetas.com

We received the verification email and followed the link. The process requested Microsoft Authenticator / Verified ID verification. After attempting the verification, the page displayed: “No Access. Sorry, this link has been used already. Please return to Artifact Signing to review the status of your request.” After returning to Azure Artifact Signing, the second validation request was also marked as Failed.

We need guidance on how to proceed. Should we delete both failed identity validation requests, remove any associated Verified ID from Microsoft Authenticator, and create a new request? If a new request is required, please confirm the correct email / Verified ID flow to avoid another failure.

The validation is blocking the signing and release process of our Windows application AutoRecetas. We have documentation proving company and domain ownership, including IONOS domain ownership certificates and Legal Notice pages for autorecetas.com and gastronomiaaz.com. Thank you.
