Hi,
I'm afraid that I do not have access to Microsoft’s OneDrive server history as this is a user to user communtiy.
To recover your files, sign in to OneDrive on the web and use the search box to search for the missing file names or file types, such as .docx, .pdf, or .xlsx.
Check whether the files are under another OneDrive account, especially if the computer was previously signed in with a different account.
Check the local folders on the computer:
C:\Users\jcast\Desktop
C:\Users\jcast\OneDrive\Desktop
C:\Users\jcast\OneDrive
C:\Users\jcast\Documents
C:\Users\jcast\Downloads
If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, try the “Restore your OneDrive” option from OneDrive online. This can restore OneDrive to a previous time within the last 30 days.
If OneDrive was not installed or was not syncing on the computer, the missing files may not have been uploaded to OneDrive. In that case, Microsoft may not be able to restore them from the cloud.
