Microsoft 365 purchase not syncing

Hello,

I purchased Microsoft 365 Personal through the Apple App Store on my iPhone using my Apple ID.

My Apple subscriptions show that Microsoft 365 is active and paid until March 3, 2027. However, Excel and the other Office apps on my Mac still say “Subscription required to edit and save.”

I already tried:

Restore previous purchase

Signing out and signing back in

Removing Keychain entries

Restarting my Mac

My Microsoft account still shows the subscription as expired/canceled even though Apple shows it as active.

It seems the Apple App Store purchase is not properly linked/synced with my Microsoft account.

Can you please help manually associate or relink my subscription to my Microsoft account?
