No puedo quitar el modo S y necesito descargar una aplicación. Cuando sigo los pasos que me indica la web de windows, llego a un punto que habría que clicar en un botón que dice "obtener" y no puedo clicar porque aparece en gris. Por favor necesito ayuda

Are you already signed in with your Microsoft account in the Microsoft Store? Windows requires you to be signed in before the switch becomes active. Open Settings, select System, then Activation, choose Go to the Store, confirm your account at the top right of the Store, then select Get to turn off S mode. If the button stays gray, sign out of the Store, sign back in, then open the S mode page again.
He probado lo que me dices y sigue apareciendome el botón en gris, también pone "Consúltalo con el equipo de TI o el administrador del sistema". Ya no sé qué más hacer :(
