Hello! Alberto. Thanks for the details.
You need to confirm if USB input works before Windows loads.
- Turn the device completely off.
- Power it on and immediately start tapping the key to enter BIOS:
- Usually Del, F2, or Esc on Blackview systems.
- If the keyboard works in BIOS, good — this means hardware is fine; it’s Windows blocking drivers.
- → Continue to Step 4.
- If the keyboard does not work even in BIOS, it’s a hardware/firmware issue:
- Try a different wired keyboard.
- Reset BIOS (if there’s a small “reset” pinhole or CMOS jumper).
- If still dead, it’s a motherboard USB controller failure — you’ll need service.
See if this helps. If you need further assistance, just let me know.
Best regards,
Kimberly
