Un servicio de sincronización y hospedaje de archivos de Microsoft.
Hello Lozano,
Thanks for reaching out in the Microsoft Q&A forum support.
If I understand correctly, you are unable to locate certain documents in the OneDrive mobile app. Although both you and your colleague can access the shared folder from your computers, the files are not appearing in the mobile app, and it seems that synchronization stopped after October 30, 2023.
To help resolve this issue, I recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check OneDrive App Version: make sure you are using the latest version of the OneDrive app on your Android device:
- Go to the Google Play Store
- Search for OneDrive
- Tap Update if available
- Clear Cache and App Data
- Go to Settings > Apps > OneDrive
- Tap Storage
- Tap Clear Cache (and optionally Clear Data—note this will log you out)
- Re-sign into OneDrive: After clearing data:
- Open the OneDrive app
- Sign in again with your Microsoft 365 account
- Check if the missing folders/documents appear
- Check Shared Folder Permissions: Even though you can access the folder on your computer, double-check:
- Go to https://onedrive.live.com/
- Locate the shared folder
- Click "Shared" and verify that your account still has access
- Ask the folder owner to re-share it if needed
- Check Sync Settings in the App
- Open the OneDrive app
- Tap Me > Settings > Camera Upload / Files
- Ensure sync is enabled and not restricted by battery saver or data usage settings
- Check for Filters or Sorting
- In the OneDrive app, go to the folder
- Tap the sort/filter icon
- Make sure no filters are hiding older files
- Try Accessing via Mobile Browser: temporary workaround:
- Open your mobile browser
- Go to https://onedrive.live.com
- Sign in and try accessing the folder there
Best wishes,
