Hi Romero,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community.
If you suspect that someone else is accessing your OneDrive account on a Mac, here are the steps you can take to check for unauthorized access and secure your account:Step 1: Check Recent Activity
- Open a browser and go to https://account.microsoft.com.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account.
- Click on “Security” > then “Sign-in activity”.
- Review the list of recent sign-ins:
- Look for unfamiliar locations, devices, or times.
- If you see anything suspicious, click “Secure your account”.
Step 2: Change Your Password Immediately
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/security.
- Select “Password security”.
- Change your password to something strong and unique.
Step 3: Sign Out of All Devices
- Still in your Microsoft account, go to “Devices”.
- Select “Sign out everywhere” to log out of all sessions.
- This will force any unauthorized users to be logged out.
Step 4: Enable Two-Step Verification
- Go to Security > Advanced security options.
- Turn on Two-step verification.
- Set it up using your phone number or an authenticator app (if your Mac supports it).
Step 5: Check OneDrive on Your Mac
- Open the OneDrive app on your Mac.
- Click the OneDrive icon in the menu bar > Settings.
- Under the Account tab, make sure only your account is listed.
- If you see an unfamiliar account, remove it immediately.
I hope this information is helpful. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
